River boat success!

ThamesThe London and South East Support Group essential tremor Thames riverboat cruise held on Saturday 29th July 2017 was a great success!

It was fun and relaxing at a leisurely pace as we passed many of London’s famous landmarks. No one worried about their shakes, and we were able to be ourselves.

The boat departed Westminster Pier with City Cruises at 12 midday sailing up to Greenwich. Arriving approx 1.20pm where people were able to wander around or visit historical attractions before heading back.

1172The area is home to the Meridian Line, Cutty Sark, the Royal Observatory, the National Maritime Museum, the Old Royal Naval College including the fabulous Painted Hall, London’s cable car, Greenwich Market, Greenwich Park and The O2 arena.

The London and South East Support Group regularly holds meet ups and activities. We look forward to their next outing.
