Do you live in or near Manchester? Then come to our face-to-face event Support Yourself and Support Others. With guest speakers: Karen Hull, Neurological Physiotherapist; and Gavin Thompson, Warrington Disability Partnership.

Please note: the event will take place in the Premier Inn Meeting Room from 1pm, if you arrive early attendees can meet in "The Social" (near reception).

Karen will talk about balance - how our balance system works and some hints and practical advice on improving your balance.

NTF Young Adult Ambassador, Anthony shares his own story as a young adult living with Essential Tremor

Karen Hull MCSP
Karen wears two hats -she is a Specialist Neurological Physiotherapist with a special interest in movement disorders and a Researcher who is currently working on a project based at the Academic Unit for Ageing and Stroke Research in Bradford. 

Warrington Disability Partnership
Warrington Disability Partnership, WDP, is a values based, user led charity which aims to relieve the need of disabled people, their families and carers in England and Wales, through actively promoting independent living, by promoting information on peer counselling, equipment, personal assistance, transport, access, employment, education, training and a range of other services.
