About "Are you sitting comfortably?"
We all spend a lot of time sitting whether it’s on our computer, relaxing in the living room or eating. The session will look at the importance of sitting well and how good posture in sitting can help manage your essential tremor. We will look at some simple exercises that can be done in sitting to help maintain movement and strength in your shoulders, arms and hands.
