Lunchtime Chat (Online)

Grab a bite to eat, pull up a chair and join us for a lunchtime chat as we talk about getting ready for National Essential Tremor Awareness Month 2026.

We invite you to join us at 11:45am for a technical setup check and a social chat before we begin at 12 midday. 

We welcome all ages 18 years and over.
