West Midlands Shakers December meet-up
West Midlands support group organiser Guy reflects on the West Midlands Shakers meet-up held on 3rd December
West Midlands Shakers met this morning in Four Oaks, near Sutton Coldfield. Our relaxed and very sociable meeting was attended by Janet and Frank, Eleanor, Paul and group leader Guy. Apologies were received from others who were unable to join us on this date. As at previous meetings, we enjoyed wide-ranging discussions, sharing personal experiences of both Essential Tremor and Orthostatic Tremor (and comparing the differences between the two tremor types), as well as coping strategies and just chewing the fat about life in general!
We are all looking forward to another meet-up in about 3 months (probably in early March), and welcome others living with tremor in the region to come and join us. Details to be announced on the Support Group Meet-Ups page in due course.
