Shakers 6Salisbury Shakers Success

Tremor support group, Salisbury Shakers, had another successful meet-up on Saturday 15th September in Salisbury.

The support group meeting started with coffee, where they welcomed Stuart Clarke from Gyrogear, who had come all the way from his home in Cambridge to talk.

Members were very interested in hearing about the concept of Gyrogear and how it is being developed.  Stuart asked if members would be interested in taking part in the ongoing trials and two people agreed to give it a try.  Stuart took measurements of members hands and asked some questions in preparation for this.

Salisbury Shakers Group Organiser, Sheelagh, said: "The group really enjoyed meeting Stuart and he has says that he would like to come again."

There was then a fantastic lunch at The Red Lion where they had booked a table.  It was a glorious sunny day and Stuart saw the streets of Salisbury for the first time.

This success follows on from the Salisbury Shakers last event and we look forward to hearing more about the support group.
