Volunteer for the National Tremor Foundation

Our mission is to help raise awareness of all forms of neurological tremor and where possible assist in research projects aimed at improving the lives of those living with a neurological tremor. We aim to achieve this in a supportive, and collaborative environment with our volunteers.

Our principles

  • Partnership: We are one team with staff and volunteers working collaboratively, learning and developing together and accountable to one another.
  • Recognition: We respect and admire the vital contribution volunteers make raising awareness. We could not accomplish what we do without them.
  • Guidelines: We ask all our volunteers to follow the NTF guidelines & policies which are available on our website
  • Trust & Support: We trust volunteers to use their skills, experience and expertise to their full potential, Although volunteers offer time freely and willingly without binding obligation, there is a presumption of mutual support and reliability.
  • Transparency:  We champion transparency, honesty and good communication in everything we do.
  • Behaviour:  We expect courtesy & politeness. Foul or abusive language is not acceptable
