Have you ever wanted to learn more about mindfulness but not known where to start?

Join Jackie Farrell, who will share simple ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life. The session is suitable for everyone, so why not make it part of your “Wellness Wednesday”.

You’ll also receive practical wellbeing tips, including the opportunity to try mindful eating. If you’d like to take part, we suggest having a bite-sized piece of your favourite fruit to hand.
