In September the National Tremor Foundation and British Society of Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery will be hosting a Parliamentary Drop-In session to raise awareness of the unmet need in treating essential tremor.

Up to 1 million people in the UK could have Essential Tremor (ET), one of the most common neurological movement disorders, which is estimated to be eight to 10 times more prevalent than Parkinson's disease.

But we need your help to raise awareness of this event with your local Member of Parliament. It will help to bring ET to their attention and help us campaign for increased patient access to appropriate treatments.

If this is something that you would be interested in helping with over the summer, please express your interest by completing the following form.

Don’t worry if this is your first time getting involved as we will support you throughout the campaign, giving guidance and templates to assist you as required.

Your support will help us to bring ET to the attention of the most influential decision makers in the country.
