On Saturday 24th September an adventurous team of 15 neuromodulators have committed to traversing the full Brecon Beacons range from West to East over two days (55km/34m).

The route includes steep ridges, high summits, waterfalls, moorland, and spectacular views (weather permitting of course) to raise awareness and money for The National Tremor Foundation.

The Boston Scientific team will be joined on the challenge by NTF Ambassador Anthony Murphy who you will remember scaled the Three Peaks for the NTF last year.

Paul Wilkins from Boston Scientific said: “We’re excited and grateful to be able to take on this challenge and more importantly raise awareness and money for patient support and education. We recognise the important work the National Tremor Foundation do for Essential Tremor patients and delighted we can support their great work.”

Earlier this year Boston Scientific held highly informative online events for the National Tremor Foundation on Deep Brain Stimulation. On 1st October in Liverpool, Boston Scientific will be holding an exhibition table at the NTF Essential Tremor Open Day.

The National Tremor Foundation wishes the Boston Scientific team good luck for the challenge in the spectacular Welsh mountains.
