West Midlands Shakers June Meet-Up
Guy Barnard who leads West Midlands Shakers support group reflects on their first meet-up in June 2025.
Attendees shared personal experiences and coping tipsBlessed by blue skies and a very warm sun, West Mids Shakers held a small-but-perfectly-formed inaugural meeting at Ritual Coffee Shop in Alvechurch, Worcestershire this morning, attended by Paul, Raphael and his wife Hester, and group leader Guy. Apologies were received from two others who were unable to join us on this date.
We had most enjoyable and wide-ranging discussions, sharing personal experiences and coping strategies, and Guy undertook to provide the group with further information on the James Lind Alliance survey as well as the next NTF online chat and the annual conference in October.
We are all looking forward to another meet-up in about 3 months (probably mid-to-late September), and welcome others living with tremor in the region to come and join us. Full details to be announced on the Support Group Meet-Ups page in due course.
