The National Tremor Foundation is looking for people to raise awareness of neurological tremor and take part in the 10k Great Manchester Run on Sunday 21 May 2023.

The Great Manchester Run is the Manchester's original and best-loved running event. And in true Mancunian style, it’s a party from start to finish, with a high-energy soundtrack, live music and entertainment zones at every turn – plus, some of the loudest and most enthusiastic local support we’ve seen anywhere in the UK.

In 2023 we are looking for enthusiatic people of all fitness levels to join our team of runners. Our aim is to help us raise awareness of all forms of neurological tremor including essential tremor and orthostatic tremor on day and have fun. In return we are asking for no fundraising and we will give you the support you need.

This follows on from the success of James Blann who ran the Great South Run in 2022.

Event details:
Date: Sunday 21 May
