Tomorrow 1st June is the first day of the "30 Days of June Challenge", marking the NTF's 30th anniversary.

This campaign invites participants to undertake an activity every day throughout June to raise awareness and support for people living with neurological tremors. Activities can vary widely, from walking or cycling a mile each day to more creative pursuits like dancing for a total of 30 hours or baking 30 cakes.

  1. Daily Yoga Sessions: Dedicate 30 minutes each day to yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being.
  2. Art Creation: Produce 30 pieces of artwork and host a virtual exhibition to raise awareness.
  3. Reading Challenge: Read a book or article related to health or neurological conditions each day and share summaries or reviews online.
  4. Photography Project: Capture and share 30 photographs that illustrate the daily life and challenges of living with neurological tremors.
  5. Social Media: Post educational content about neurological tremors on social media platforms each day to spread awareness and encourage discussions.
  6. Go for walk. Why not simply leave your house and go walk each day.
