Coping Tips: Arts and Crafts

Join our friendly online event to discover new coping tips and explore how arts and crafts can help you relax and express yourself while living with neurological tremors.

Do you want to join early?
We invite you to join us at 11:45am for a technical setup check and a social chat before we begin at 12 midday. 

We welcome all ages 18 years and over.

1. Online meet-ups are based in the UK on BST/GMT. If you are joining us from abroad please check the time zone differences.

Online event guidelines

1. Those under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
2. Due to safeguarding, we advise you not to share your personal contact details in Zoom. We cannot be held responsible for any repercussions as a result.
3. We are also not able to share individual contact details with other attendees due to the explicit consent required under GDPR. We are currently reviewing ways in which we can provide additional support.
